Genfrenzy is operated by Pagan Interactive LLC. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email, handle, state of residence and date of birth, to run your account and check eligibility.
• The images and notes you enter, and your People's Choice votes.
• Payment details, which Stripe holds; we see only the outcome and your billing state.
• Your approximate location from your connection, to check eligibility.

How we use it

To run contests, pay winners, meet tax obligations, and email you about your account and entries, and when a new theme opens, which you can turn off anytime. We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run Genfrenzy for us: Stripe for payments and prize payouts, and Resend for email. Winners give Stripe their identity, tax and bank details directly; we see only whether Stripe has verified them.

What's public

Approved entries are shown publicly, without your name, once a contest closes. Judges also see entries without names. Your handle is shown with your entries once results are published. Your profile page shows those entries, how many contests you have entered, and how many in a row.

Your choices

To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account, email [email protected]. We keep payment and tax records as long as the law requires.
